About Pitch Me Baby

Pitch Me Baby is a recurring, informal event where startups rehearse their pitch in front of investors, experts and mentors. The format is simple and unforgiving: five minutes on stage and honest feedback straight from the room. The initiative was born in Poland and now runs in eight countries, with events in Warsaw, Wrocław, Berlin and Singapore among others. More than 80 meetups have gathered over 9,000 guests who come to learn how to hook an investor in a few minutes — usually in English, and always live.

About Personit

At Personit, we help startups and scaling businesses move from idea to real product — up to 5x faster than traditional dev teams. We specialize in low-code platforms and AI-powered development.

Challenge

The event was growing faster than the way it was being run. Every new city meant another website to build, another community group to set up and another set of access rights handed out by hand — all of it routed through HQ. Pitch Me Baby needed a system that would:

  • Let a new chapter launch without building its page and community from scratch every time
  • Keep the look and the format of the event consistent in every city, whoever is running it
  • Give local teams access to exactly the tools they need — and nothing more
  • Organize incoming startup pitch decks and route them to the organizers of the right event
  • Take HQ out of the middle of every small operational decision
  • Put official logos, promo graphics and brand guidelines in one place for every chapter

Key Functionalities

01
Launching a new chapter in one flow — its city page and community group are created automatically
02
Admin, Chapter Manager and Team Member roles with permissions granted feature by feature
03
Creating and running events in Luma without leaving the panel
04
Generating event promo graphics in Evento
05
Pitch deck uploads from startups — files land straight with the organizers of that meetup
06
A brand book with logos, promo assets and guidelines available to every chapter

Why low-code + AI?

The client came to us with finished designs and a clear picture of how the system should work. Our job was to reproduce them down to the detail and add the chapter and permission logic — fast, because the community kept growing while we built.

Bubble allowed us to:

  • Three months from finished mockups to a working system for managing a chapter network
  • A faithful build of the delivered designs with no compromises on the interface
  • Rich role and permission logic without writing a backend from scratch
  • A single layer driving external tools — no more logging into each one separately
  • Easy changes to permissions and chapter structure as the initiative expands
  • Lower running costs for an organization built largely on volunteer work

The result: one panel from which HQ and local teams run events across eight countries.

Where our experience made a difference

A volunteer-driven organization needs narrow permissions more than a corporation does — people rotate faster than processes.

The biggest asset of a chapter network is brand consistency, and it is the easiest thing to lose while expanding fast.

Entering a new city is an operational task, not a marketing one — whoever has it written down step by step in a system wins.

There is no need to build your own ticketing and forum: build the layer that drives the tools your community already uses.

Running a community or an event network across several cities?

We build systems that let local teams act on their own without losing brand consistency.
